Lia has a really playful, outgoing , free spirit about her . She smiled at every moment and her adventurous side was obvious as she was open to every place we explored.   Through alley ways to secret spots . Then off to the best dessert place in Woodstock  outside an ice cream shop . Her laughter created so many great moments to photograph and showed her personality.

Her Mom came a long which made it even funner for Lia as they joked around with one another . They were so excited for the day !

I later learned that Lia  was involved in a group called Golden Lining to bring awareness to teen mental health & suicide. They were filmed at part of a documentary. I have great respect and honor for people willing to help and bring awareness to this tragic , and difficult thing to go through with teens . I think the best steps towards finding answers is to start talking about it . Too many feel shamed by the stigmatism . What we need is more empathy .   Lia is amazing in my book ! { insert Puffy Heart <3  }
